Born in 1961, Graduated from the Cuttington University College in 1986, now Cuttington University, Liberia with a degree in Chemistry. After his studies, worked From 1986 – 1990: with Firestone Plantations Company (FPCO) Liberia Inc. as Technical Supervisor for the Quality Control Laboratory, responsible for the day to day administration of the Quality Control Laboratory research, analytical testing and database reporting of processed latex and tire grade rubber sales results to the international market. 1994 - 1996: Community Organization for Sustainable Development (Liberia) Inc. as Project Manager. 2002 - 2013: Jay Engineering & Construction Company Inc. as President & Managing Director with a successful history as Principal Contractor for BHP Billiton Liberia, managed and supervised architecture, and civil engineering and general construction Projects for BHP Billiton Liberia Inc. for the period of 36 months.At RECOLS Ltd, he holds the position of Managing Director & CEO and he is Member of the Board of Directors. He helped in the establishment of the Company.
