Hilary James Wilson

Born in 1957. Earned his first degree in Air Traffic Management in 1982 from the East African College of Civil Aviation, Nairobi, Republic of Kenya and second Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, USA. In the last 25 years worked at Roberts International Airport (RIA) and Robert Flight Information Region (RFIR) where he gained diverse managerial experience through series of senior positions. Prior to his joining to RECOLS LTD, he held the positions of Group Manager for Air Craft Handling Services at RIA and Air Traffic Controller at RFIR. At RECOLS LTD, he holds the position of Executive Director and responsible for International Affairs and Member of the Board of Directors.
